Nayur has over 11 years experience in the private client fields of Wills, probate, trusts and tax having qualified as a Member of ILEX in 2003 and as a solicitor in 2006 in her home city Cardiff.  Nayur advises individuals and families on the management of their estates, before and after death. 

Her specialism includes:-

*     Preparation of Wills

*     Setting up and running trusts (including personal injury trusts, trusts for vulnerable people, life interest and discretionary trusts)

*     Inheritance tax and its mitigation, where it may be an issue now or in the future

*     Administration of estates (when someone dies with or without a Will)

*     Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court appointed Deputies and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney

*     Post-death Deeds of Variation

Nayur works with people who are often at very difficult periods in their lives and always handles their personal affairs in a sensitive but efficient way providing clear, concise and practical advice to help her clients achieve their objectives.  Nayur also works alongside other professionals such as accountants, financial advisers and GP’s in order to ensure that clients receive comprehensive advice on all aspects of their affairs – not just legal.  She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Nayur is fascinated by world culture and cuisine and travels abroad at least 3-4 times a year to experience both.  Nayur is fluent in reading, writing and speaking Urdu and can speak hindi and Punjabi (her GCSE Welsh was laid to rest many years ago!).  Nayur enjoys the great outdoors together with spending time with family and friends and of course shopping.

Leading a full life with a demanding but interesting job means that Nayur finds yoga a useful way to relax.  It also helps to counterbalance her other main interest which is cooking and eating out!
