Kate works predominantly in the Corporate and Commercial department. This involves commercial transactional work as well as issues relating to Management Companies and Landlord and Tenant. A great deal of her work is dedicated to advising on Collective Enfranchisement, Right to Manage and Statutory Lease Extensions.
Kate originally qualified in London as a Intellectual Property and Intangible Asset Valuation Consultant. Her work was a mixture of contentious and non contentious valuation. This included IP, Private Equity, media, quoted and unquoted share valuation and finance raising. Clients included Walt Disney, Coca-Cola and Astra Zeneca.
Kate moved back to Bournemouth and joined the HG Walker team in 2007. She enjoys keeping fit and is happiest when out in the fresh air.
